[0.18.37] unable to update: game says no updates are available

Hi. When I check for updates, the game tells me that there are no updates available. I know there is an update available, and cannot see why this update is any different from previous ones.

Still doesn't work in the next version: I cannot update to 0.18.40.

I see in the log that for some reason I don't have experimental updates enabled. The option must have accidentally been unchecked. Guess this isn't really a bug. Sorry to bother you.
