The 'Resume' button (green, up top) flickers when the leave game button is pressed, I checked it multiple times. Doesn't impact the game as far as I see, just a visual glitch. Happens only in multiplayer as far as I tested.

That's the disabled state. Those buttons are disabled once you click quit since the game needs to process the quit action and can't let you click other things before the quit actually happens.
