[0.12] Cannot create copper wire as intermediate item

In a new game and in one of my old games, I cannot directly create copper wire. My old games are mostly unaffected because I had the automation already set up. However, for a new game, I cannot create the automation necessary because I cannot instruct the building to generate copper wire.

They moved copper cables to the logistics tab.
