0.12 power poles can only establish 5 connections

I encountered a problem where power lines do not connect from a pole to a new one if the already connected pole is connected to 5 other poles already.

All poles have a 5 connection limit.

Thank you for the fast reply - I wonder though when this was added because it was not the case in earlier versions.
