Keystroke input issue.

Post by BrickVoidFCT »

I discovered a peculiar bug, sometimes if I hit the 'r' or 't' key to research a technology or rotate an item, sometimes the other key will also get pressed as these two keys are next to each other on my keyboard. it seems my fingers sometimes have issues with properly hitting the keys, and if I go to research something and the mouse pointer happens to be over a transport belt, it will get rotated, I get a research requester, and when I get back I have to hit the 'r' key 3x more to put the wrongly rotated conveyor back to where it was.

I'm reporting this bug because maybe there's something the Factorio devs can do to avoid parsing multiple inputs within a certain time of each other. Perhaps this is too difficult and maybe this can't be fixed so easily. But I'm sure the Factorio devs can figure out some sort of solution to this rather weird and base disarraying bug! :D

Cheers ...

Just remap rotate or research to different key. You can do it in options menu :)
