as you can see, only the turret in my hand shows it's range, and not the others. I haven't played much with biters since the range thing was added, but I think that they did show it a while back. if it did not, I'll make a feature request.

Hello, this is not a bug, this is how it was intended to work. You see the range only of the turret you are currently placing.
