Same for "Railway", "Signals", "Automobilism". Is that supposed to be like that?

Yes, that means that there are 40 steps in the research, each takes 15 seconds and 2 bottles.

Well, i don't know. Most of recipes use only by 1 science pack of each needed tier, so these are strange for me.
