[0.17.16 Train GUI] Train progress bar for Circuit conditions

Hi there! I've already posted this in suggestions, but for me this more seems like a bug (I know it's a "feature" but it's perceived as a bug). Please see the situation on the image below:

So, as you can see, the progress is in fact displayed for Iron plates but there is no progress for the Copper ones. I really have no idea how this is processed under the hood, but it feels like circuit conditions that are passed directly to the station should be used to calculate the progress similar to how it's calculated for Cargo items.

With all the respect, it looks like a bug and causes confusion to the end user. Also, the "...as we can't really know" is not very clear here since the conditions are exactly the same and there should be data available to the station to display a progress bar.
