Assembling Machine 3- > Satellite -> Accumulator -> Inserter stuck

Hi, using latest version , 1.0 54889
I've tried ALL suggestions I could find(stack size 1,5,10 etc), all 6 items are in separate chests using stack inserters, I've also tried other inserters with no luck and frankly even if it worked its still a bug and I wasted a lot of time on this. It only happens with accumulators, tried adding all remaining lanes(6) with accumulators with various settings, stack sizes to no avail. I'v seen it stuck with 1 accum loaded then 39. Sometimes it will continiue real slow 1 at a time and then just stop. When I remove the accumulators it then works for however long different each time.

I don't understand what you are talking about. Do you have a save file so we can look at it? Maybe a screenshot with the assembling machine gui open could be enough to figure out what is going on.

I'll be sending the save requested but not sure that will help. See the screenshots below. Just worked for last 2 days and then froze again. At the time of this freeze all 6 chests are fully loaded.

Accumulator inside of the assembling machine has non default health value (it is damaged) and this prevents other accumulators from stacking with the damaged one.

If it was placed, some biter decided to taste it a little or some grenade exploded, then you decided to deconstruct it... item will store health of the entity.

OK, I'm getting what your saying but still not seeing how that can happen. in this particular area nothing going on, unless a logistic bot gets bored and travels in the complete wrong direction to check things out in bug world before coming home? I guess random accumulators could be coming from really far away and crossing over outside my turf and getting nipped in flight.
I do have one small block where that could happen, but it is not a production area although has logistic access, just doesn't make sense that a bot for this would ever take that path. Regardless, I guess thats whats going on ...

Detect: Look at the item icon in a container or your inventory. If it has a green health bar, it is damaged.
Remove: Take the item out of a container like any other item.
Build: Take damaged item in hand, left mouse button on ground.
Repair: Build damaged item, take repair pack, hold left mouse button on damaged entity.
Deconstruct: Hold right mouse button while hovering the damaged entity
Destroy: Build the damaged item, take a weapon in hand, hover over damaged entity, hold C
