Electric Locomotive

Is it possible to make locomitive with electric power source?
i simply copy power source from accumulator(and try to play with fields, like capacity(remove field also))

i trying to make this on 0.8.8, but nope:
1)game crashed if i try to open inventary of train(button still in place)
2)train do not move, even if in power supply zone.(but if none it says that no power)
