fix Modding tutorial mod for v0.15

the example mod to help noobs learn how to mod doesn't appear to work with v0.15.
if someone could update it that would be useful. I can't, I'm a noob.

Use the tutorial marked as updated on https://wiki.factorio.com/Tutorial:Modding_tutorial instead of the WIP one please.
