__core__/lualib docs

Is there a place where the __core__/lualib files are documented? math2d is fairly self-explanatory, but I couldn't find any information on how to use story. event_handler is extremely useful but I had to figure it out through trial and error.

Documentation on these files would be extremely helpful so that we can make use of the tools that are given to us.
