Shield And battery Equipment Names

The shield and battery equipment Mk2, and associated items, in the code, are named
"energy-shield-mk2-equipment" and "battery-mk2-equipment", As well as Power Armor Mk2.
However, most multi-tier items the game, so far as I know, instead add the number to the end,
"assembling-machine-2", for example.

I would request that they be renamed for consistency.
