Fully promote ghosts to first class citizens

I just want to gather all the types of requests about adding features to the ghost api that players currently can do. If anyone finds any more I'll gladly add it to the list.
  • Ghost Logistic Point (117547)
  • Ghost Combinator Description (120125)
  • Ghost Inventory (103378, 118812)
  • Ghost Module Request (119085) slightly different, but still relevant

These will get added at some point in some form. The main issue(s) are preventing mods from doing things to ghosts that the engine does not support (such as putting an actual item in a ghost inventory). Since doing those invalid actions would lead to desyncs and or crashes/save corruption.
