Random Crash during zoom out

I received a random crash when zooming out during a Biter attack.

Events:
Placing Yellow belt for miners.
Biter attack Alert.
Run towards it (on yellow belt) while zooming out.
Crash.

I know why it's crashing but without steps to reproduce it I don't know how it got that way :)

I've added an additional check for 0.13.3 that might tell how this happened but if in the mean time you can reproduce it please let me know the steps.
