[0.15.*] Map view is blank (possibly since 0.14.22)

Every map I've started since 0.14.22 (or earlier*) has had a blank map view. Neither exploring nor building radar does anything to solve the issue.
I think it may be due to having to use low graphics settings†, so I've included my configuration file with the other required attachments.
I've tested this multiple times, with a few different map presets/settings, and each time get the same results. The attached save file uses the default map generation settings.

* I stopped playing for a while sometime during the 0.13-0.14 transition, and just recently picked the game back up with 0.14.22/23 (before jumping on the 0.15 bandwagon), so the issue might exist in earlier versions too. (I should also mention that this problem never occurred before that hiatus.)
† I have a faulty GPU, so I'm forced to use integrated graphics; if I have the graphics set too high in factorio, my computer goes into a GPU panic and crashes.
