[Request] 90-degree inserter

I would like someone to make 90-degree inserter (i mean e.g. take from EAST and place to NORTH).

I have wanted this, myself, and wanted to start work on a mod for tools for denser factories, so I'm going to make this if I can.

EDIT: It would appear that I can't :( Inserter pickup and drop locations are specified with a simple distance instead of with specific locations.
