Logistics zone blocker

I request a mod that adds an entity that REMOVES a logistic zone, allowing you to make holes in your logistics network without having to separate a large part of your factory to have requester chests feed into providers and prevent infinite loops with bots.

A construction zone blocker would be nice, too.
