I saw a youtube video that someone had a belt that everything that went into that spot on the belt just disappeared from the game and I think he called it a resource eater. Does anyone know about any mods that have that in them?

It's called an item void in that mod I think. It also has a lot of other similar features and creative/cheat-like stuff.
