[CTRL]+[ALT]+[Left mouse button] - Ping a map location - Quickly create a map ping at the selected location and link it in the chat.
Is here the way no get this event? Or to make own point-and-click action?

Ha! If you never used this feature, then I guess you never play multiplayer. 
In MP this feature is vital to notify other palyers about something and is used all the time.
