[15.2] FPS/UPS Issues Blueprint Book [mp4 attached]

Hi there, So i ran across this very strange issue. Once you get a bit bigger of a base and have a lot going on, opening the blueprint book will drastically drop your fps/ups.
Mine dropped to the point of where it was unplayable.

same. massive fps ups drop when browsing other peoples blueprints on multiplayer...

Duplicate of viewtopic.php?f=30&t=44925, this should be resolved for 0.15.3.
