[0.17.4] Crash while canceling Research

Game crashed after I tried to cancle the running research and closing the research window.

Reproduce:
- load Savegame
- open Research menu
- cancle current research (Mining productivity 9)
- close Research menu

I have this exact problem! I have no mods in use, so that does not affect it. I cancel research and then push in another, the game crashes.
