[0.18.21] crash with unexpected error

All of the sudden factorio started crashing for me today after working fine for quite some time.
I've started playing heavy mod game few days ago (krastorio 2 + transport drones + mining drones + construction drones + few QoL mods).

Happened all of the sudden as auto-save was starting (auto-save didn't finish as I lost all progress). Restarted, and it happened again few minutes later. Restart again, and happened again couple more times. It seems to have happened when I built new supply depot connected to mining depot. If I don't build that supply dept, it does not crash.

Duplicate 84181, already fixed in 0.18.22
