Crash while shift clicking to active provider.

Tried to reproduce but no success yet

ive added the mods and the log

Factorio crashed when I inserted half of my stack of wooden chests as fuel. The headless server is running a very demanding map, the multiplayer waiting statistics is around 300 for the slowest peer.

I've been running around inserting half stacks of wooden chests but no crash as of yet

Happened again, same procedure except full stack (left click). Peculiar thing is, that the moment of the click I thought I missed the actual item and clicked on the gap between the wooden chests and the item next to it. I am convinced that the slow game speed/high load is significant as it never happened to me when playing under normal circumstances.

This might actually be related in some way to viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25465 as it is the same server which is characterised that it is under immense load and the game is therefore not running at full speed.

Same server as Loewchen. Same conditions (slower speed...):

I set up a steel chest really really quick without thinking, opened it fast and tried to limit it again very fast via x. The reproduction was succesful, it took me about 20 attemps, each time with a NEW chest. The reproduction with the same chest was not succesful till now which should not mean that it's not possible.

My very own idea is, that the inventory container of new chests which were inactiv (?) or at least unknown to the current player is not available in time due to reduced speed and factorio doesn't know what to do than.

I merged these topics since the log is the same and it happened on the same server

So i think it is the same problem
