Perhaps more of a feature request than a bug... if one deconstructs a gate which has been wired up to the circuit network, and then undo's the deconstruction, those circuit connections ain't coming back.
The reason is pretty obvious -- those circuits technically were not wired to the gate but the adjacent wall -- but, still, it sure would be nice if they magically came back somehow.
