0.11.7 crash to desktop in Map Editor

using 0.11.7, In the map editor, moving the view with WASD keys immediately crashes to desktop
steps to reproduce
open the map editor with either a new map, or an old.
try to move with WASD.

The issue is already fixed for the upcoming 0.11.8 release.
