We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

(Demo) Tutorial 1 – Crash
If one builds more than one stone furnace and then interacts with other than the oldest one currently build the tasks do not progress. But one should ideally be able to continue in the tutorial with any of their furnaces, not just the oldest build one.

Building furnace F1 and then furnace F2 gets you to situations like:
  • opening F2 does not finish "open furnace", only opening F1 does
  • then putting iron into F2 does not finish "put iron into furnace", you need have it in F1
  • then putting fuel into F2 does not finish "put fuel into furnace", you need to have it in F1 together with some iron
  • taking 5 iron plates from F2 does not finish "take plates from furnace", you need to take at least 1 from F1
To add to the confusion, removing the oldest furnace seems to move the check to the next oldest one. So removing F1 anywhere in the process allows F2 to be the target of all those tasks.

The tutorial was written with the simple assumption in mind, and it is quite integrated deep, that it only expects 1 furnace ever.

It would be quite some work to change the condition checks to loop through all furnaces on the map, and the same problem is there for miners and things.

So I will put this as a minor issue, i don't think the time required to rewrite the script is worth it, and the problem is quite uncommon
