[0.13.x] Underground belts and pipes to ground

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[0.13.x] Underground belts and pipes to ground

I just wanted to point out the inconsistency of the two entity names.
The "Transport belt to ground" got renamed in to "Underground belt" in 0.13 but not the pipes.

I would say that it is a minor issue, we might change it in next major release.
