[0.14.22] Cannot Login on headless in same network

Hello, i have headless server on "qnap 253a" running in Container Station.
I have static Ip.

My Friend can log in on my server and play with out problem. But i cannot log in on my server from my PC. "cannot connect to server",but i see it in public games.
plz tell me what infomation can i give to you, to solve my problem?

If it's on the same network you should be able to connect to it using the Play on LAN function, or by going to Connect to server and entering the internal IP of the server manually.
