Playing Factorio offline

Hello all,

I have a computer in a unique situation that is and always has been 100% offline. Never has had internet access and never will have internet access. Under no circumstances.

Is there a way to play Factorio on it? I downloaded the .exe files, but is there a file I can copy from my laptop that is able to go online and transfer it to the other computer with a flash drive? Much like you can do with Minecraft?

The exe is an installer, it has everything you need in it. Just copy it to the flash drive.

You will get a popup about going online to check for updates, but just say no and it won't bother you again.
