[1.1.100] Game crashing whenever installing any mod

[1.1.100] Game crashing whenever installing any mod

Heyho everyone! Sadly my factorio crashes whenever I install any mod. Do you have any idea how to fix this? I have already reinstalled the game and checked for file errors via steam. Any help would be appreciated. Video included in the attachments.
