[1.1.107] Mac arm64 multiplayer lag and disconnects

Hello -

After the new patch a multiplayer map that has been worked on for several patches suddenly became unplayable with FPS dropping below 5 while UPS staying in the 60ish range from the server, and jumps escalating towards 1300. Input lag was approaching 20 seconds. Prior to the patch, there were no issues. This is only happening on the Mac client, the linux client (similar hardware from another player) is having no issues.
