Multiplayer - FPS < 5

Hey guys, i'm kinda new to the multiplayer mode, and in this public multiplayer game, i've been having problems with FPS. When i'm near solar panels, or when attacking aliens, or when another player attacks aliens, FPS drops below 5 ( Jumps to 900 + last game i played ).

Beside changing my computer, what can I do to improve this ?

What could cause this ? Is there any settings I can change to make it better ? Etc.

Please if you have any idea, suggestions would be welcome. I've made all the vanilla achievements by playing solo, and found multiplayer to be quite fun until I keep getting this problem

Make a screenshot with show_time_used_percent, show_fps and show_multiplayer_waiting_statistics activated when the issue is present.

Low FPS and high jumps indicates you're falling behind the rest of the players (your computer isn't powerful enough to keep up).
