Strong stuttering

Hi,
my game runs very bad (again). Stuttering like hell (Not all the time but frequently.) but it shows 60/60.
I switched to D3D but this don't helped. Vsync on and off don't helped.
I have an Intel i5-4670K @ 4,4GHz a Nvidia GTX 1080. I'm running Windows 10 64 bit. Graphics driver are new (same stuttering with older one).
If i play with or without mods doesn't matter. Its allways the same.
So whats this? What can i do?

Hi, can you post factorio-current.log located at %APPDATA%\Factorio\factorio-current.log?

Does it happen in singleplayer or multiplayer? It might be your computer simulating the factory faster then server in multiplayer.

D3D is already the default for Nvidia cards. You should try switching to OpenGL, unless you already ran that previously. In Steam set the launch options to --force-opengl to do that.
