0.15.x blueprint causing heavy lagg and jumps. On headless s

I have a server running and about 160 people have joined. This hade made the database on blueprint increase skyhigh. Now as soon as im inside the area of the mainbase with all robots and ope the blueprint tab. I get heavy lagg. Is there a way to clean the databse of all blueprints? Or turn it off so you cant take blueprints from other people.
