resetting all technologies?

resetting all technologies?

I'm pretty sure its possible, also i searched in the forum and in the wiki but it seems like the command for resetting all technologies doesnt work.
I messed around with some mods and so mods use the same technologie names so they override and after i disabled to mod i cant build the desired building.
bobenergy mod and Dytech energy module to be specific.
