Couldn't establish network communication with server

So here is my main issue, hapening like in 50% of the games i tryed to join.
I'm using window 8, my firewall is off, and my game is on version 0.11.1 build 12084 (win64)

Even with using the :34197 port, and after someone else was able to join the game, using the same IP adress, i'm having this issue.
But for some reasons, in some over games (like 1/2), i could join and everything is good (exept some desynch when we are 4+).

So i don't know if this problem is from my own connection settings or something else, and what i could do to fix it.

I have the same problem. Yesterday it worked for hours, even with reconnects (game crashed) and today nothing works. Well we did get it to work with tunngle but downloading the map is unbearingly slow - and with frequent crashes isn't really any fun.
