[1.1.2] stuck on loding screen at start [fixed]

Through Steam I started up Factorio
-What happened?
Got an error loading mods:

When clicking disable all mods, Facrorio restarts, and the error reappears
-What did you expect to happen instead?
The game should have moved on and shown the main menu
-Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I have closed and restarted Facrotio multiple times
-Be precise!
Click play on steam, wait for the bar to go to 100%, click on disable all mods, wait for Factorio to start up again

In Steam Library right click Factorio -> Properties..., navigate to Local Files tab and use "Verify Integrity of Game Files..."
