Does it update automatically

i'm just wondering if it updates automatically or if i have to do it by my self

Enable automatic updates in the settings

Settings -> Other -> Enable Automatic Updates.

If you want to have 0.11.xx, go to Other and check "Enable Experimental Updates"

in the options it has an X on it that means it selected right?

Correct, that means it is enabled.

If you have selected Automatic Updates and Experimental Updates, all should work. Might require a restart though.
