I'm reading the wiki and there seems to be two different answers about boiler efficiency (or my comprehension skills are lacking).
https://wiki.factorio.com/Boiler implies 100% efficiency
https://wiki.factorio.com/Power_production explicitly states 100% efficiency
https://wiki.factorio.com/Energy_and_work explicitly states 50% efficiency
https://wiki.factorio.com/Tutorial:Prod ... r_from_oil implies 50% efficiency
Pretty much everything else in the game is 100% efficient, so boilers being 50% efficient would be a surprise. Which is the correct answer? I'm happy to tidy up the wiki myself once I know which is correct (although that power from oil one would pretty much need to be totally rewritten if it's 100% efficient) or if noone knows the answer off the top of their head I'll probably get around to testing it myself later.
Inconsistent information on boiler efficiency

Re: Inconsistent information on boiler efficiency
Assuming I'm reading it right, https://github.com/wube/factorio-data/b ... .lua#L1878 conclusively says 100% efficiency. Also the fact that the 50% pages haven't been updated for a few years should have been a giveaway.
Re: Inconsistent information on boiler efficiency
You are correct, it's 100% efficient and the pages you listed as incorrect simply weren't updated. Thank you for fixing them!
