So I put all the mods in my mod folder and it says that there are duplicates even though they are different versions. I deleted all of the older versions and tried it again and another error popped up after a couple of minutes.

And yes the game can't handle multiple version of a mod present at the same time, it is not a problem with bob's mod but it's the game itself.

If you update some part of bob's mod recently, check that the bob's mod library is up to date too : viewtopic.php?f=51&t=16642

I'm afraid I'll need a little more information before I can help, such as a list of mods installed and their version, and what the exact error is, word for word if possible.
