New to MP looking for server

I was thinking of trying multiplayer. Preferably something small and vanilla with enemies/difficulty turned up to max. In in Texas in central time UTC 6:00 and have Skype/TS3
In still pretty new so I want to Elamite about efficiency and some more difficult gameplay
