so I tried to add my Discord and Youtube Link in my profile but I only managed to get my Twitter Profile working

Here on the forum, I have the option to set my Twitter, Discord and Youtube account:

But it only worked for my Twitter account, how do I have to format my Discord and Youtube account? Do I use the youtube link to my account, the invite link to my discord server, my discord-name+#numbers?

For youtube it's your channel or user ID, see https://www.youtube.com/account_advanced. Discord seems to be just a text field.

Discord not sure, my Name+ #number also didn't work, probably really just a text field :o
