sorry for the late reply. Thank you for the report, desyncs are high priority.
Did it occur in a later version of factorio? We had crashes and desyncs related to electric network around this time. Using later version is highly recommended.
I was looking into the report and unfortunately the desync is already very wide spread. Could be the electricity, but could be something else too.

Uhh, I don't have save files or anything to help you reproduce now, at this late date.
