[1.1.74] Preferred screen setting doesn't work correctly in multi-monitor setups

I have a quad monitor setup in a square.
3 - 4 are the top 2 screens
1 - 2 are the bottom 2 screens

Setting Preferred screen to Primary screen (1) sends it to Screen 1 (correct)
Setting Preferred screen to Screen 1 sends it to Screen 1 (correct)

Setting Preferred screen to Screen 2 sends it to Screen 3
Setting Preferred screen to Screen 3 sends it to Screen 4
Setting Preferred screen to Screen 4 sends it to Screen 2

(quick reference):
1 to 1
2 to 3
3 to 4
4 to 2

Windows 11
I have a RTX 3080
Screen 3 is in HDMI Port.
Screen 1, 2, 4 is in Display Port.

The practical IDs match in your log, I think DXGI (the display subsystem) might just not match the numbers windows displays when you move them around in the virtual space.

That's correct. I don't know how to reasonably get numbering Windows shows in its Display settings and DirectX numbering doesn't match it.
