If i start Factorio (0.11.16) then it say <unspecified file>(1) '=' character not found in line

This is most likely due to some files not encoded with the proper character set.
Please update to the current stable (0.12.20) release and post the mods you're using if the problem persists.

I recommend to download the full installer from https://www.factorio.com/download/stable as there have been issues with the automatic updater before.

Alternatively you can try to delete the Application directory, that can help too (remember to backup your saves if you don't want them deleted).

Hello, version 0.11.16 is way too old, use the newest 0.12.21.
