[0.13.13] Crash on launch when using more than 2 monitors

This appears to be a previously resolved bug resurfacing. The game crashes immediately on launch when I have more than two monitors connected. Disconnecting one display allows the game to boot, as does the suggested --force-d3d option. I should note that like this report, my tertiary monitors are connection to a second GPU.

This also repros in version 0.12.35.

Hi, thanks for the report.
It crashes inside OpenGL when trying to initialize OpenGL. It seems like issue of graphics driver. Just use --force-d3d, unless it causes graphical glitches for you.
