Merge Alt key behavior with "show recipe icons" on map

TL;DR
merge "show recipe icons" on map view and Alt key.

What?
"show recipe icons" and Alt key are doing the same thing at two different zoom levels. Merge them into a single toggle.

Why?
Because the actions are very nearly the same thing but only one can be found through the GUI.
One action for both is less code and less learning for new players.
