Please stop auto-sorting things

Please stop auto-sorting Constant Combinator ALT view. Why can you display 38 but 32 gets "sorted" to 23?

Also, please stop Roboport contents from sorting right AFTER you take out one item. When you open the roboport I'm sure would be unnoticed and fine, though I dont understand the advantage of that either.

The constant combinator alt thing I fully agree with! I use constant combinators as notes to myself and the order in which the items I put in is important!
I've taken to using quality as a way to add extra information, but it's clunky and being able to set the order the way I want again would be awesome!

The roboport thing... I uhh, don't know what the OP is talking about, so I have no opinion on that.

Take a bot out of a roboport with multiple bots in it, the bots will re-arrange themselves. really annoying when trying to remove multiple low tier bot slots at once.

I can't find it now, but I think it was boskid who wrote that the way the constant combinator items are stored is now by internal index (or equivalent), which is why 38 works but 32 doesn't. I agree that sometimes the order we want them displayed is important, and this breaks the visual prompt. I haven't tried them, but maybe the new display item could help?

Please let me know how to display 32 or 38 with the new 1 icon "display" that i have yet to find a use for.

I'm not sure what your use case is here. Why something like this doesn't work for you?

I hadn't considered icons in the text view; while its inferior in a lot of ways to the CC standard, I may have too quickly discounted its potential in other ways.
