UI Improvements

[TerraFirma]

• keypress (ie. TAB) could switch between panels on the building menu.
• double-click or right-click on the mod selection screen to toggle and/or the ability to shift-select multiple mods at once. Or load mods & restart automatically to meet savegame/multiplayer dependencies.
